Credit Card will be charged after the completion of event or in the event of a cancellation fee.
Reservation is only guaranteed after acceptance and confirmation of contract below.
Pricing valid for 90 days and is subject to change. Reservations are first come-first serve.
A final guest count (no less than 75% of the original count)
must be given on Wednesday before the scheduled event.
Customer agrees to pay the Total amount stated on Contract regardless of how many guests attend or eat.
Unless agreed otherwise, GUAC Taco will provide a minimum of two hours of grilling.
$25 per hour-per staff member for each one hour extension. Subject to scheduling and Confirmation by GUAC Taco.
There are no cancellations due to weather. We will provide service rain or shine. We have many options to choose from.
Buffet table provided is restricted to food and equipment (food, bowls, tongs, etc.) provided by GUAC Taco. No exceptions
Tables will be removed from party 45 minutes after last Taco is served. Return to pick up tables results in a $50 fee.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a safe, secure, level and spacious area available for the Taco Cart, Buffet Table and Cook.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide all necessary permits for outdoor service if required (Parks, Beaches, and Public Areas).
In the event that parking is not available, a parking spot must be provided for GUAC truck (on public street or private property).
Customer releases GUAC Taco and/or El Gringo Mexican Restaurant from Personal/ Physical damage resulting from event.
Changes to the order (headcount, food, location, etc.) less than 72 hours of event are subject to a $25 change fee.
Written cancellation 21 days (or more) prior to event = No Fee. Written cancelation 20 days to 36 hours prior to event = a cancellation fee of 25%. Written cancellation 36 hours or less prior to event = a cancellation fee of 50% of Total will be charged.
