OUR SERVICE CONSISTS OF TWO STATIONS; A GRILL AND A BUFFET TABLE. MOST OF YOUR GUESTS WILL VISIT THE GRILL AND BE SERVED TACOS GRILLED TO ORDER AND THEN MAKE A TRIP TO THE BUFFET TO SERVE THEMSELVES RICE, BEANS, CHIPS AND ADD GARNISHMENTS TO THE TACOS (LETTUCE, CILANTRO, ONIONS, SALSA, CHEESE, ETC.). SOME GUESTS MAY FIRST CREATE A SALAD AT THE BUFFET AND THEN TAKE A TRIP TO THE GRILL TO ADD MEAT TO THEIR CUSTOM TOSTADA OR SALAD. IN BOTH EXAMPLES, YOU GUESTS WILL HAVE THREE GRILLED MEATS TO CHOOSE FROM AS WELL AS OUR FAMOUS ‘BLACK BEAN AND CORN’ TACOS (FOR VEGETARIANS). ALL GUAC TACO EVENTS INCLUDE UNLIMITED FLOUR AND CORN TORTILLAS.
